About the Strong group
Strong is the third of PouchPick’s four strength groups, between Medium and Extra strong — and like every group, it is defined by the mg per pouch, not by the word on the can.

From 11 to 15 mg
The group runs from 11 mg — Après, ZONE and KUMA — through Skruf and FIX at 11.5 mg, White Fox Double Mint at 12 mg and VELO Tropical Mango at 14 mg, to LOOP’s Hyper Strong pouches at 14.8 mg and FUMi Fiery Lime at 15 mg.
Names and numbers
Brand strength words do not line up with PouchPick’s groups. ZONE No 74 Blueberry Burst “Extra Strong” is 11 mg, so it sits here; Kelly White’s “Extra Strong” pouches are 10 mg, so they sit in Medium. PouchPick’s own Extra strong group starts at 16 mg.
The four strength groups
PouchPick groups every product by the milligrams of nicotine in one pouch. The bars show where this group’s products sit on the scale.
Words such as “strong” on a can are each brand’s own scale and do not line up across brands. The mg number does.
