5. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an Order is an offer by you to purchase the Products in your basket. A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email; this is also when payment is taken. We may refuse or cancel an Order for reasons including, without limitation:

• the Product being out of stock;
• a payment authorisation issue or suspected fraud;
• an error in the advertised price or Product description;
• being unable to deliver to your address; or
• failure to meet our eligibility criteria, including age verification.

If part of your Order becomes unavailable after you place it, we will contact you and, where we cannot fulfil it, refund that part of the Order.

6. Pricing & Product Descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure Product descriptions, images and prices are accurate at the time they are published, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or description error after you have placed an Order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.

7. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By providing payment details you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method. All card payments are processed over an encrypted connection; we do not store your full card details on our own servers.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Available delivery destinations, times, carriers and costs are shown at checkout. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

9. Cancellations & Returns

Because our Products are consumable and hygiene-sensitive, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an Order has been delivered. If an Order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Full details are on our Returns Policy page.

All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including text, graphics, logos and images) belong to us or our licensors.
