Read answer How do I choose a strength?Strength is stated in milligrams of nicotine per pouch. Choosing a pouch
Nicotine pouches are small white pouches placed under the upper lip. They contain nicotine, flavourings and plant-based fibres — no tobacco leaf. Nicotine is an addictive substance.
Strength
Strength is stated in milligrams of nicotine per pouch. What feels right depends on your experience with nicotine, the format of the pouch and how long you keep it in. Every product page shows the strength on the same scale, so any two products compare directly.
Mg per pouch is the amount of nicotine in one pouch — the number that matters for how a product feels. Mg/g is concentration per gram, which some manufacturers print; a heavier pouch at the same mg/g contains more nicotine. PouchPick always displays mg per pouch so products compare on one scale.
Flavour
Every product belongs to a flavour family — mint, fruit, coffee and more — so you can browse by taste instead of brand. The flavour section on the homepage groups the assortment this way.
Format
Format describes the physical size of the pouch. Slim and mini pouches sit more discreetly; normal and large formats carry more volume and often more nicotine. Format is shown on every product page next to strength.
| Format | Fit | Character |
|---|---|---|
| Mini | Smallest | Most discreet, shortest release |
| Slim | Narrow | Discreet fit, the most common modern format |
| Normal | Full size | Classic fit, fuller release |
| Large | Largest | Most volume, longest sessions |
Moisture affects how quickly a pouch starts releasing and how long it lasts: moist pouches release faster, dry pouches release more slowly and often last longer. Where a manufacturer specifies it, you find it in the product details.
Pouch count per can differs by brand and format — it is stated on every product page. When a manufacturer changes count or pouch weight, the page reflects the version we currently ship.
Brands
When a manufacturer changes a recipe — taste, moisture or strength — the change reaches us batch by batch. The product page describes the version we currently ship; notable manufacturer changes are noted there when they occur.
Availability & restocks
Restock timing depends on the manufacturer’s supply to your delivery country, so we don’t guess dates. The product page is always the live source — the moment stock is back, it can be ordered again.
Match on the two things that define the experience: flavour family and strength. Browsing the same flavour family at the same strength band almost always surfaces a close neighbour — and product pages link related products directly.
Storage & freshness
Cool, dry and out of direct sunlight — room temperature is fine, and some prefer the fridge for moist formats. Heat and humidity are what age a pouch fastest. Always out of reach of children and pets.
Every can carries a manufacturer best-before date, usually printed on the base or side. Pouches past the date aren’t unsafe the way food is, but flavour and moisture fade — freshness is the reason to mind the date.
Packaging & product changes
Manufacturers periodically rename flavours and strength labels, often across a whole brand at once. When that happens the product page carries the new name, and searching the old name still finds the product.
Pouches are a natural-fibre product: small batch-to-batch variations in colour, moisture or print position are normal manufacturing tolerance and never affect the stated strength. A can that differs sharply — smell, sealing, contents — is a different matter: contact support with photos.
