Programme rules in brief
- Free membership for adults of legal age to buy nicotine products where they live. One membership per person.
- Points are added when an order is completed. Unpaid, cancelled and refunded orders do not earn points.
- Each order earns by the rule for the currency it was paid in. Your balance stays the same in every currency.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Does it cost anything to join?
No. Membership is free and you do not need to buy anything to join.
Who can join?
Anyone with a PouchPick account who is of legal age to buy nicotine products where they live. If you already shop with us, join with the account you have.
What are points worth?
Points have a set reward value when you redeem them. Rewards start at $5 off an order for 50 points, and larger rewards follow the same rate.
When do my points arrive?
When your order is completed. Until then they show as pending in My Club.
What happens to points if I return something?
The matching points are reversed automatically, and the change appears in your points history with the order it belongs to.
Do I have to receive marketing?
No. Joining never depends on marketing. You choose your messages in My Club, and order, delivery and account messages are always sent.
Do points expire?
No. Points do not expire automatically, and any change to that would be announced well in advance.
Can I leave the Club?
Yes, at any time from My Club. Your PouchPick account and orders are not affected. While you are not a member you do not earn or use points.
