- Check your inbox (and spam) for an order confirmation — no confirmation means no order was created.
- Wait for the bank’s authorisation hold to lapse; it releases automatically.
- If you want the items, simply order again — nothing is double-charged.
- If the reservation persists unusually long, your bank can release it; support can confirm no capture happened on our side.
If the payment step completed but you received no confirmation, the authorisation usually could not be matched to a finished order and will release automatically. Contact support before ordering again if you are unsure — we can immediately confirm whether an order exists.
Two identical lines are usually one capture plus one authorisation hold that will release on its own. If both lines settle as real charges and you have only one order confirmation, contact support with your order number — that is never correct and we resolve it with the payment provider.

The per-can price drops at the quantity steps shown on each product page — the tier table on the page is the live source, and the cart applies the tier automatically. No code needed.
Codes have conditions — validity window, eligible products, sometimes a minimum — shown where you received the code. The cart states the reason a code is refused; if you believe it is wrongly refused, contact support with the code and your cart contents.
Code stacking rules are stated on the code’s own terms. Where stacking isn’t allowed, the cart keeps the code that benefits you most.
Once we issue a refund you receive a confirmation email; from there, the time it takes to appear depends on your payment method and bank. The refund always returns by the method you paid with.
How tax applies depends on your delivery country, and the checkout total always states what is included for your destination before you pay.
Each delivery country has its own price list — taxes, logistics and local market conditions differ. The price you see while browsing your country’s store is always the complete story for your destination.
