Why does a product look different from my previous order?
Manufacturers refresh can designs, adjust flavour names and occasionally reformulate products — with thousands of products in the assortment, some part of it is always in transition. The product you received is the current version of exactly the item you ordered; the product page always shows the version we currently ship.
What changes, and why
- Design refresh — manufacturers update can artwork and lid design in cycles; the product inside is unchanged.
- Flavour or strength renamed — the same product under a new name, usually across a whole brand at once.
- Reformulation — occasionally the recipe itself changes; the product page describes the version we currently ship.
- Batch tolerance — small variations in print position, colour or moisture between batches are normal manufacturing tolerance.
