PouchPick Club terms

These terms govern membership of PouchPick Club. Terms version club-terms-1.

1. The programme and its operator

1.1 PouchPick Club (“the Club”) is the free loyalty programme of the PouchPick store at pouchpick.com.

PouchPick is operated by Åre Taxi & Transport AB, Swedish company registration number 559449-2893, registered at Vik 718, 837 97 Åre, Sweden. In these terms, “PouchPick”, “we” and “us” mean Åre Taxi & Transport AB, trading as PouchPick.

1.2 These terms govern Club membership only. Purchases are governed by the store’s terms of sale, and your use of the site by its general terms. Where these terms and the terms of sale differ, the terms of sale govern the purchase.

2. Membership and eligibility

2.1 Membership is free. No purchase is needed to join or to remain a member.

2.2 The Club is open to natural persons who (a) hold a PouchPick customer account, (b) are of legal age to purchase nicotine products in the place where they live, and (c) join for personal, non-commercial use. One membership per person.

2.3 We may decline or end a membership used commercially, fraudulently, or in breach of these terms (clause 11).

3. Joining, verification and account security

3.1 You join with your PouchPick account by accepting these terms and confirming that you meet the age requirement. Joining never requires consent to marketing.

3.2 Your membership becomes active when you confirm your email address through the link we send (or by setting your account password through our email, which proves the same mailbox). Until then, benefits wait.

3.3 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Benefits are tied to your account; we may require re-verification where we reasonably suspect the account is not controlled by its owner.

4. Welcome points

4.1 New eligible members receive a one-time welcome bonus of 50 points (USD 5 of reward value; £4 in GBP) when their membership becomes active. One welcome bonus per person, however and whenever they join; rejoining, changing email address, or creating another account does not repeat it.

5. Earning points

5.1 Members earn points on eligible purchases at the published earning rate for the currency of the order: 1 point per $4 of eligible products in USD, 1 point per £3.20 in GBP. The earning basis is the price of eligible products after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes and non-product charges. Points are calculated once per order and rounded down to a whole point; no fraction carries over.

5.2 Points are credited when the order is completed. Until then they show as pending.

5.3 Cancelled, refunded or reversed orders do not earn points; the matching points are reversed (clause 8).

5.4 Bonus points, each credited once under the published rules:

• (a) birthday: 50 points a year, if your birthday was saved in My Club before your birthday month and you have been a member for at least 30 days;
• (b) membership anniversary: 50 points on each yearly anniversary of the date you first joined (not when you join);
• (c) second order: 50 points when your second qualifying order follows your first within 60 days;
• (d) welcome back: 50 points on a qualifying order after 120 days without one, at most once a year;
• (e) order milestones: 50 points on your 5th and 100 points on your 10th completed order.

Bonus points do not count toward VIP levels. Multipliers (your VIP level and any campaign) apply to points from purchases and together never exceed twice the base points.

5.5 Orders placed before joining do not earn points.

6. Reward value and redemption

6.1 Points have no cash value, are not money, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged, and can only be redeemed as Club rewards. 10 points represent USD 1 of reward value when redeemed in USD; each currency has its own published table (in GBP, 50 points = £4).

6.2 Rewards are redeemed in My Club as money-off order discounts at the published denominations: 50 points = $5, 100 = $10, 200 = $20 in USD; £4, £8 and £16 in GBP. A reward applies to one order, can cover up to 30% of the order’s eligible products (so a $5 reward needs at least $16.67 of products), one reward at a time, and is not combined with other discount codes.

6.3 A chosen reward is held for you for 72 hours; an unused reward returns its points to your balance. A reward attached to an unpaid order is held while that order’s payment can still complete (currently 60 minutes).

6.4 Rewards can only be redeemed where checkout in the relevant currency is available. Your points form one balance whatever the currency of the orders that earned them; a reward is fixed in the currency in which you choose it and cannot be used in another currency (return it to your balance and choose it again there).

7. VIP levels

7.1 VIP levels follow the qualifying points you earned on purchases in the last 12 months: Member from joining, Select from 75 and Reserve from 200 qualifying points. Qualifying points are the base points from purchases only — never bonus, welcome, referral, birthday, anniversary or goodwill points, nor points added by multipliers. Redeeming points never lowers your level; refunded orders no longer count toward it.

7.2 Level benefits: Select earns ×1.2 and Reserve ×1.4 points on purchases, each with every benefit of the levels below. Benefits are those published and in force at the time and may change under clause 12.

8. Refunds, cancellations and reversals

8.1 If an order is cancelled, refunded or partly refunded, the points it earned are reversed to match the amount kept.

8.2 If an order that used a reward is refunded in full before the reward is consumed, the reward’s points return to your balance per the published rules. A consumed reward on a partly refunded order remains consumed.

8.3 We never charge you for points adjustments; reversals only adjust your points balance.

9. Refer a Friend

9.1 Members may share their personal referral link or code. We never contact your friends for you.

9.2 The referred friend must be a new customer who meets clause 2, and receives the published first-order offer: $5 off a first eligible order of $50 or more in USD (£4 off £40 or more in GBP), placed within 90 days of the referral.

9.3 The referring member receives 50 points once the friend’s first qualifying order is completed and the 30-day validation period passes without a full refund — up to 5 rewarded referrals per member per rolling year. Referral points do not count toward VIP levels.

9.4 Self-referrals, referrals of the same person through additional accounts or mailboxes, paid promotion of referral codes, and referral of existing customers do not qualify.

10. Fraud prevention

10.1 We may withhold, reverse or cancel points, rewards and referrals obtained through fraud, abuse, automation, misrepresentation (including of age), or breach of these terms, and may suspend or end the related membership.

10.2 Orders whose payment cannot be matched to a valid reward redemption may be placed on hold for manual review before fulfilment; we will contact you where your action is needed.

11. Leaving and termination

11.1 You may leave the Club at any time in My Club. Your PouchPick account and your orders are unaffected. While you are not a member you neither earn nor redeem points; your points history is retained per clause 14, and once-only benefits remain used. Rejoining restores access to your balance.

11.2 We may end a membership for breach under clause 10, with the protections of applicable law. Where membership ends other than for fraud, we will give you a reasonable period to redeem eligible points where the law requires it.

12. Changes to the programme

12.1 We may change the programme’s rules, values, levels and rewards, or close the programme. Material adverse changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance through the Club page and your account messages, and will not reduce points already in your balance except as the law allows. The terms version you accepted is recorded; continued membership after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new version.

13. Points expiry

13.1 Points do not expire automatically. Introducing expiry would be a change under clause 12, announced in advance; points already in your balance would receive at least the notice that clause requires.

14. Data protection

14.1 Membership data is processed per the PouchPick Privacy Policy. In brief: we process your account and membership details, points ledger, referral records and communication preferences to run the programme (performance of this agreement), and marketing only on the lawful basis applicable in your location, never as a condition of membership.

14.2 You can export or erase your personal data through the store’s privacy tools or by contacting us. Financial records of the programme (points lines, rewards, referral records, consent history) are retained as our records per the published retention periods, also after erasure of your profile data.

15. Communications

15.1 Service messages necessary to run your membership (verification, security, points and reward status, membership status) are sent to your account email. Marketing (member news, offers, birthday messages) is sent only per your choices in My Club and the rules applicable where you live, and can be switched off at any time.

16. Currency-specific terms

16.1 Earning rates, reward denominations, minimums and referral values are published per currency — currently USD and GBP. A currency without published values earns and redeems nothing; nothing converts between currencies and no exchange rate is applied.

17. Liability

17.1 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, the Club is provided as a free programme and our liability under these terms is limited to crediting points or rewards wrongly withheld.

19. Governing law

19.1 Any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live apply to these terms to the extent required by that law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

20.1 This is terms version club-terms-1. The version you accepted, and when, is recorded in your membership.
