Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page; the reset link goes to your account email. No email within a few minutes usually means it went to spam — or the account lives under a different address.

Email, name and password change under Account → Details. Address-book changes apply to future orders — an order already placed keeps the address it was placed with.
You won’t receive the confirmation — but the order exists. Contact support with your name, delivery address and roughly when you ordered; once we find the order we correct the address so every later email reaches you.
Saved delivery and billing addresses live under Account → Addresses. Checkout offers them so repeat orders are two clicks shorter; deleting one never touches orders already placed.
