Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders can be subject to customs duties, VAT, excise tax, or other import charges - these are always the customer's responsibility to pay. We don't cover any charge a customs authority applies at the border.
If an order is refused, returned, seized, or destroyed by customs, it isn't eligible for a refund unless the law requires otherwise.
Risk of Loss & Incorrect Addresses
Once an order leaves our warehouse, risk of loss and title in the products pass to you. Please double-check your shipping details before checking out - we're not able to take responsibility for an order sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package hasn't turned up, or arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can look into it with the carrier. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we'll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Uncollected Shipments
It's your responsibility to collect your shipment within the carrier's stated collection window. Uncollected packages may be returned to us or destroyed by the carrier.
If a package is returned to our warehouse, a $30 administration fee applies to cover handling. Any refund we issue will exclude the original shipping cost, return shipping, and this administration fee.
Additional Information
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it the whole way to your door.
Dispatch pauses on Swedish public holidays - anything ordered on one goes out the next business day instead.
If your order mixes items with different availability, we hold the whole order until everything is ready, then ship it together.
Where a carrier offers it, you can choose a pickup point - a UPS Access Point, for example - right at checkout.
We'd rather you not ship to a short-term address unless you'll be there for at least 60 days - customs or carrier delays at a temporary address aren't something we can refund or reship for.
Natural disasters, government action, strikes, pandemics, cyberattacks, and other supply-chain disruptions beyond our control can extend delivery times - we're not liable for delays caused by events like these.
